PLEASE KEEP YOUR SIDEWALK CLEAR OF SNOW

During the winter season, it is important for all of Brewer’s citizens to help keep the sidewalks clear of snow and ice. All we ask is for residents to do their best to avoid pushing, plowing or blowing snow back into the sidewalks after the City’s plows have cleared them.  When sidewalks are blocked it forces school children and others to walk in the roadway instead of the sidewalk, which can be a very dangerous situation. So please be a good neighbor and don’t block your section of sidewalk with snow this winter and, if you hire someone to plow your driveway, please remember to tell them not to push the snow into the sidewalk. The City of Brewer thanks you for doing your part to keep our sidewalks safe for all Brewer residents.
