MAILBOXES

Due the a growing number of high-end decorative mailboxes being place within the City’s right-of-way the City of Brewer will adopt to following rules pertaining to the replacement of mailboxes damaged by City plows or equipment.   Only standard mailboxes and post will be replaced, residents with decorative mailboxes will be given the option to have the mailbox or post replaced with standard equipment or they may choose to have the City reimburse them up to the following amounts; up to $25 for the mounting post and up to $30 for the mailbox including the numbers.
