Directional Signs:                                            $75.00

Street Opening Permit:                                   $40.00

Street Opening Permit - digging in street right-of-way

The City Engineer issues permits for filling and grading.

Roofing:                                                         $10.00

Siding:                                                            $10.00

Replacement Windows:                                   $10.00

Certificate of Occupancy:                               $25.00

Plumbing:                                                       State of Maine Fees

Plumbing Permit - 1) new or replacement water distribution or drainage pipes; 2) new or replacement hot water storage tank heater; 3) relocation of pipes, valves, fixtures and drains; and 4) new or replacement or alteration of subsurface wastewater disposal system

Building Sewer Application:                            New Residential $250.00

Commercial / Establishment Producing Industrial Waste: $250.00 for first 250 gallons per day: $1.00 per additional gallon.

Sewer Connection Permit - connection of new structure or expanding existing structure
