THE CITY MANAGER’S OFFICE 

The City Manager’s office is responsible for complete oversight of the thirteen operating departments of the City of Brewer. This oversight includes budgetary review, personnel, operational planning and direction as well as public relations and citizen contact. The City Manager reports directly to a five member City Council.
