COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT GRANT PROGRAM

Pre-application for Single Family Homes 2010 Form

The City of Brewer is preparing to apply for a Community Development housing program. If we are successful up to $250,000 will be available for housing improvements later this year. We are asking residents to complete this pre-application in order to have a better understanding of the types of needs facing residents and the amount of interest in a grant program.

If we are awarded a Community Development grant program, we will notify those residents who completed a pre-application for housing assistance. The types of improvements completed through this grant program include heating, roofing, siding, windows, doors, and/or other health, safety and/or energy efficiency repairs.

Thank you for your interest in this program.
