Laborer/Light Equipment Operator 

The City of Brewer, Maine is seeking a qualified Laborer/Light Equipment Operator for the Public Works Department.  Previous experience in public works or utility construction is preferred.  A valid Class B Maine Commercial driver’s license along with carpentry, masonry and snow removal experience is a plus.  Candidates should be at least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent to apply for this position.  The City of Brewer offers competitive wages and a comprehensive benefit package.  Applications will be accepted at the Brewer Public Works facility, 221 Green Point Road, Brewer, Maine 04412, 8:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M., Monday through Friday until this position is filled.  To obtain an application, come in or contact the Brewer Public Works Department at 989-7800.
